I was under the idea that it was just sex between the MC of the first game and Dragomira. Either she dominated him or the MC dominated her.

Exactly, there were no feelings between them. It was just sex. That's why she didn't really have an ending in the first game.
And yet at the beginning of this game, if you pick that your previous MC was in a monogamous relationship, Dragomira is selectable as a legitimate monogamous love interest for him. It may not have been a vanilla romance, but it was a legitimate relationship.

Yet MY MC wasn't in a relationship with her. So that means it's okay for her to get with the new MC. I want to see more content with her to satisfy my urge for revenge with the new MC

Curious what the point of the Voice volume is when it doesn't affect the obnoxious laughing or sex noises. Need to separate moans/laughs/gasps in to Voice and let things like food being thrown around be controlled by SFX. Was the same issue in Monster College.
edit: after playing fully (i think?) gotta say... not really all that interested in the LI other than Mommy Snu-Snu. Maybe Val... but it also sucks Monica is with Oliver as I'd probably like her the most just based on looks anyways.
The sandbox is... idk... serviceable I suppose? Really need a way to open the To-Do list from anywhere. I find myself just going home to auto start from the to-do list rather than go out and click around on things blindly. Does this miss random side stuff? maybe. but it's not fun to have to run around until you find a picture beside a location only to have it do nothing.
One last thing, the game needs a more definitive way to show that you're done with an update. Having the go to class/gym/work be an endless loop might make people sit there doing it over and over and over thinking there's still stuff left to see.
