The import choices allow you to have Dragomira as a legitmate monogamous partner, a friend with benefits, or "the other woman" that the MC is cheating on their chosen monogamous partner with.

In the original game you had to become the leader of the wolf pack, in order to get the harem ending. If you let Nina be the leader, the harem path was closed off.
