Thanks mate, but i will try to do it on my own ^^ like the first time i played this great game i picked RPG Master mode and i managed to beat it 100% without cheats (although i had to grind at some parts xD ) but i always thoughed pumq was a guaranteed story based loss, but i will find a way to beat her now for sure ^^
Yeah, I was surprised to find out that ALL fights are beatable (even if you don't technically "win" in the story).

The challenges in this game are top tier for people that wanna actually strategize.

just started playing this game and made it past the point where u make the choice to side with or fight against Eris, Someone please spoil me with an answer to these questions: Has Ray been tricking us this whole time? Did we not actually form a bond yet? Has her coming with us just been a job to her the whole time?
I just really want to know before I continue cuz that might hit me in the feels. I'd rather someone just tell me what's up with her so I know what to expect and can mentally prepare for it.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can give me relevant info.

All you need to know is that you are worrying too much, just keep going and you will be fine.

@AlexofthePond: On my first playthrough i was like you ;)
If you want my advise make 2 save games, one where you decline Eris and see what happens, and another save game where you agree.

Go for the decline Eris one first and see what happens.
After that you can pick up the other one :)

Cant say more without spoilers sry ^^

Btw the Ray part will be sorted out soon dont worry :)

Creating two save files is not that necessary if you decide to pick the "decline Eris" route since that allow you to backtrack to that very moment were you make you decision anyway.

Of corse you can pick the other option even if the event is written in a way that incentives you in the opposite direction, still creating new save files at each "pick one" section is a must if you really want to enjoy everything.

I always find it a little funny when players that goes around playing games like this using only 1 savefile or the autosave until something unexpected happens and they loose 6 hours of progress or something like that, live and learn I guess.

True, but what you wrote " Creating two save files is not that necessary if you decide to pick the "decline Eris" route since that allow you to backtrack to that very moment were you make you decision anyway." is bit of a spoiler ^^

Are the babies buttons supposed to do nothing?
Cus they ain't working for me.
Yes, the kids and nursery are just filler text-

The reason being is that patreon is weird about child characters being anywhere remotely in adult content, so even just allowing a child character in the game would be a risk to the dev's income.

Sooooooooooooooo....

This question has been asked in some form or another at least 3 times and I haven't seen an answer for it...

Do any of the choices you get with Eden during the 1st visit to the Capital give anything unique or of special worth?

The Blessings choice seems like it'd lead to something unique... but I honestly have no idea how long it'll take to find out... and messing around with the options would take a long ass time. :/
Wondered this too, seems there isn't an answer in here so I did it myself. Lemme just get some keywords in here to help the search functionality for anyone else wondering, uhh... Eden choices, Capital City options, top hat girl decisions?

Gold gives 30k.
Rare items gives 1 mega-hi-potion, megalixer, mega phoenix, mega remedy, and mega-ether.

Weapon gives Cleaver, an axe for protag with: attack becomes omni-attack (basic attack all enemies), adds rage skill (18% atk buff), max attack buff 42%.
Armor gives tier 4 gladiator armor- 25% atk, 8% faster ctb gauge, +6% max stat buff limits, 6% max hp every turn. Despite stores having tier 5 sets already, I haven't seen them stock this one yet.
Blessing gives unknown blessing, gives 0 stats but increases the max buff limit by 12%.
Nothing gives 15k and a crossbow, Bushwhack- deals +33% damage. 33% damage bounces up to 4 times.

She'll turn up after completing the advancement quest (you can actually just immediately do it, I didn't need to do the story quests first- sped up the testing a bit) then let you choose a second time. I didn't think to check choosing them all twice, but blessing and nothing can't be picked twice and gold can be. I'd be surprised if you couldn't pick items twice or weapon/armor could be. Again, complete advancement quest in the next location, and return to the capital, and she'll had over the second item.

Not sure if these weapons/armor are only available from her (I'd be surprised if the blessing was available anywhere else) but I'll update the comment if I see 'em elsewhere. Personally, I picked blessing (because completionist) and weapon (synergises well with Rosaria's blessing, frees Bessie to use imperil/mark for death, and then Ray can spam Elementas for massive damage to everything).

Hmm...I thought the blessing was the only unique one-

I guess they're all unique then? Because yeah, the blessing can't be obtained any other way, the armor can't be bought in the same tier, and I have no memory of either of the weapons-

So literally pick anything other than gold and items if you wanna make the most of Eden.

is there a walkthrough for this game?
To my knowledge, there's not a comprehensive guide yet.

I myself was working on one, but got burnt out early in the process.

Some general advice though-

Do all the missions as you're going through an area, take note of what each enemy drops (you can always check the encyclopedia on the map if you're unsure you got all the monster drops).

While grinding isn't an obligation for this game, a little bit can go a long way, specifically in terms of getting items to either replace your old gear, make money (you can farm a quest in the elf village fighting dark elves to get giftboxes which sell for about 1,000G a piece, plus other important items), upgrade the village, or upgrade your blessings. Just remember that once you reach the village time will advance ONLY when you do a quest or event for the first time or do a quest that's marked as "Repeatable" (all quests can be replayed, but repeatable quests scale, and therefore they're used as a way to limit how many resources you can farm from passing time). The game is fairly good at reminding you after you do an action with the message "Time has passed in Mistral Village" or some other similar message, just don't pass too much time as you'll run out of resource storage and not be able to gain anything until you collect from the village.

If you want a fairly good build to carry you through battles and don't wanna play on story mode difficulty, counter builds are good for the main character (Dante or whatever you named him). Especially look out for an item called "Antshell" that drops from enemies in a Capital City quest.

Bessie is good with anything that lets her hit multiple targets or hit multiple times in a row, as soon as you can, I recommend giving her any kind of shotgun type weapon, as well as anything related to poison works too.

Ray is generally agreed to be a wild card and can fill almost any role, the one build I remember giving her in my last playthrough is basically just making her an awakening beast, since she has the chance to get multiple items that let her permanently stay in multiple awakening forms, aside from that, literally anything related to magic works on her-

If you happen to find a challenge in game that gives you a "Deck of Cards" as a reward put it on whoever you can most reliably keep alive (I typically put it on Dante) it gives multiple abilities, but the strongest is the ability to inflict both zombie and regen on enemies, so that any healing they receive kills them instead, and the regen does a percent of their max health every round.

Not needed, but it helps.

Lastly, just be aware of who you're fighting, some strong mage enemies in the game have complete immunity to certain damage types, and a lot of optional bosses and some end game enemies have the ability to counter attack, meaning the only way you can avoid triggering a counter from them is to do some form of indirect damage, either using counters yourself, already having a status effect on them, basically just something to minimize their chance to retaliate. Some enemies are also just gonna be way faster than you based on your level and can go through multiple phases where their agility spikes, and allows them to act multiple times in one turn, that's why on average, I've seen defensive builds do a lot better, because unless you can massively out-damage an enemy, a lot of fights are gonna boil down to figuring out how to survive a boss who can do multiple attacks.

Super bosses are obviously on the extreme end, one I won't mention can go through multiple phases and boost her speed enough attack 6+ times in one round, and you CAN beat her by mid-game.

But yeah, just use your abilities smart, pay attention to what gear you use, and listen to the game, they typically give you a lot of warning if something important is gonna happen and you have the chance to miss something, and if you're ever uncertain, save, I recommend saving at least once per area.
