It's not a stategy issue, it seems to be a bug with loading old saves in a new version, they don't have access to farmers therefore cannot actually win. If anyone is suffering this issue, wipe your save. If that doesn't fix, share it here, because we need more info on why it's happening (I don't have this issue when loading old saves, so it's not consistent).
When i start my round i start with a farmer (that is always placed on the 2nd line from left to right), and wait till the first mob comes in and then place the archer on that line.
the problem possibly is in the fact of Author trying to finish as fast as possible the new update? I don't know. Maybe new update will fix this problem?
I will correct myself - Act 2 Game Overs can be unlocked in 0.3.0 Version after Level 3-3 is completed. As for Act 2 Animations - they're still unavailable.
By "Act 2 Game Overs" you mean the puppet and the witch ones, and not the vampire girl, right?
yep. To be fair there are three Scenes - Puppet Girl, Witch Girl and Trader (the one, who lets us upgrade units/soldiers at the current moment)

A person here wrote that he unlocked the act 2 gallery after completeing act 3 (there's only 3 levels in act 3 for now, so it shouldn't take long), so try doing that.
