The Demon Queen being anything other than a new character would be incredibly disappointing.
You can't hype up a character as the main villain of the game with defeating them being your main goal from the start and then later on reveal that they were just some random person that you already met and interacted with.

Biggest issue is she'd have to be an almost unstoppable force of sexual prowess. Kotone has the hypnosis down. Oni twins are basically multi-partner/interchangeable fetish content. The endings were... fine. I dunno. It was sufficient for what we played through. The fact that the true ending is wholesome makes suffering through the third part somewhat tolerable.

Edit: ok i actually had to learn how to play the game. Arousal stacks increase every turn so you need items to cure that

Another update goes by without the ability to do the paperwork to give our soul to Sophia and experience a good end.

You can always just use the console instead of a mod. Look it up - the wiki has detailed instructions on how to use the console.

In the wiki, there's battle stats for Elly, as well as a naked model of her. I thought I had finished her content (lab assistance and venefica), neither of which involve her getting naked or fighting the player, so is there something I missed?

Didn't play the Capital content yet, but when it was in construction, she didn't have any fighting content, and still had the naked sprite and her stats since way long ago.
The stats are also weird. 1 spirit, 100 HP, 1000 EP. It's like she's mock-sparring or experimenting instead of a serious battle.
