I read basically the entire post, and I feel the two points about lack of progress and reasons summarizes it succinctly. I could be wrong, so I'll yield to a reasonable dialogue on that front. That said:

1. He's dealing with something he doesnt want to talk about, and its naturally impeding his progress
...except for the fact he never talked about, now i know i said 'doesnt want' but that doesnt actually make much sense, first, patreons are putting him on a payroll, im not sure if this is a fulltime thing but either way someone is paying money for the product they recieve and expect the same level of quality and pace to be maintained, so he naturally owes them to some extent to atleast tell that progress will slow down due to some issues in his life, that's it, no need to go on a personal rant or explain, saying that would explain enough
2. The workload he was under for the preliminary years of the game was an unhealthy amount, something a person shouldnt be subjected to.
I'll give you half a point on this one, since i have no way of procing whether he's lazy now or active then, i'll make a compromise and say he was somewhere on the middle before, if he was as workaholic as you could possibly claim he is we'd have camelia content by now

A large part of what a lot of other devs and their sycophants don't quite grasp is sob story+lack of progress does not equate to instant sympathy. That is because of Boogie2988's of the world who will do anything to elicit sympathy and take advantage of their supporters who have effectively jaded most of us to that kind of thing. When the bar is "fake cancer for sympathy" and most devs on here fall only a few steps behind that with their "woe is me" bullshit, you'll get people like me who come out and say "nobody cares except retards and whatever female company you appear most pathetic to." I don't care about Threshold's real-life situation because I'm not paying to read about how unfortunate things are right now. Do your job, or stop wasting my time and money.

I don't know Threshold's work situation, the kind of content they're holding back. I've held them in high regard, but I'll admit that lately I've held back a ton of criticism more than I should have. The Venefica stuff was an unnecessary diversion since it's for a side character that has no impact on the main story. That was months of authorial meat-beating that I personally had little interest in, and the few fans who did have an interest in it don't make up the majority. Lately, the tiny updates for the capital have left me rather disappointed in their work ethic. The new art for Nicci wasn't necessary, either. A lot of it has been very little content where monthly updates used to be significant.

As things stand, I'm not withdrawing support since I've seen Threshold hit periods of low content production only to suddenly drop a mountain of content. The issue you addressed about the development cycle is largely due to a larger issue with "western" devs right now where one person with a vision who refuses to accept help and/or criticism and expects money from it. It's the same entitlement of Uber/Skipthedishes drivers who think taking gig work means they're entitled to the same type of pay that permanent employees receive. Until we (the consumers) are unified in reminding them that they are only entitled to as much compensation as their attitude and work ethic deserves, the kind of issues you are having with Threshold will simply continue.

That said, plenty of plump rumps in this game to sallivate/beat to, and at least 2 have a good chunk of content. Tabitha is just one of the few hypnosis/assnosis characters.

That being said, I wouldn't go as far as calling her shit. Her temptation's really hot, and her paizuri content is probably some of the best written in the entire game. She also has the best doggystyle in the game imo.

Also, I believe Unsaid was just saying there's more content there. He didn't even catch all the content expansions I think. Other girls got more content too like the Kunoichi since last I played. Just because Voltins don't have a lot doesn't mean they have very little...

She gets drunk with a slime and it's a really nice scene that shows that MGDs is more than a porn game, and that it cares about its characters. Throwing that scene in the trash doesn't speak to well of how you view the game as a whole imo. Your investments pretty shallow, which is crazy, because I have like... no investment this game. I barely play it.

I've been with the game since the start and put money to Threshold. I've dipped deep into this game just to find the content. My character is around level 175 on a third run. My investment is low? Bud, I've put the time into this thing more than most other games I own. Elena getting drunk with a slime is not the peak of writing, and I find it hilarious that you feel compelled to criticize someone because they called your waifu shit. My waifu is shit, and she's Kotone.

This is a porn game first and foremost. I don't go to watch John Wick because John is a complex, nuanced character (he isn't). I go because watching Keanu Reeves brood through legions of disposable goons and hit action set pieces like Truck-kun isekai'ing someone activates the neurons. The same applies here. The game originally started as a basic text-based dungeon-crawler. I'll applaud Threshold for putting effort into fleshing out the world, but it's not as if they needed to or that most people are going to appreciate it, because again, nobody watches John Wick for a complex, nuanced character.

I think it would be hard to go to a patreon board meeting and explain how your character is stuck on the island because they're basically an American university in that you'll get enough of an education to get hired, but you'll also end up in so much debt that you'll die before you own any assets unless you go fight the uber-powerful monster girls in the wild and risk being raped repeatedly. Or, you can work in our totally legit and not at all run by someone of a dubious nature tavern, where you will be required to perform sexual acts with the patrons who are also likely the same monster girls you'd need to fight in the wild.
