If all you see are the scenes after you win then yeah, but that's not how I view the game.

That's... oh, would you look at that, 14/22. 13/22 if you don't count the Kunoichi Trainee, which I'd accept. Over half of your choices.

Trisha, Nicci, Vili, Stella, Sophia, the Spider, and the Manticore are all completely optional NPCs that you don't have to interact with whatsoever. The rest are combat/trap only. Meaning, optional.

Are you pretending to be retarded or is that your natural disposition? Where, aside Shizu's loss scene, does the player have control over whether they are raped or not when they lose? If you're going to bandwagon, at least be sure you know what you're talking about.
Also, some combat encounters have weakness/fetish stats increase which in turn can influence future encounters and content. it stands to reason that loss scenes and the resulting debuffs are story relevant. Hell, it's a pre-game requirement to choose a fetish before you start.

Losing is optional. There is not a single forced loss in the game, at least so far as I'm aware of. Quite literally "just don't lose lmao". So yes, loss scenes are optional content that is story irrelevant. Arguably combat WIN scenes are more story relevant than loss scenes, simply by virtue of the player being required to win fights their first go through an area in order to progress the story.
