Mika sort of also goes monogamous with you once you pay her debt off. She mentions that you're her only fuckbuddy. Kotone also indirectly states this since she mentions that she has assistants managing the trials now that you two are in a relationship. I can't speak for Thresh but I'm pretty sure the intent is that characters will become exclusive once you're fully in a relationship with them. The only exception I can think of is the Manticore who iirc mentions that she still swings by the gloryhole from time to time purely for food purposes but I'm pretty sure that's more meant as a justification to keep her brothel scenes active.
Years later nothing of substance is released. We got a a maze with mechanics no one asked for or wanted, and nothing to show for the capital. Such a shame this game has become a forever patreon project to milk the weak willed.

Mika does the same, but it takes a while to get to that point... AND A LOT OF MONEY.
Jora's only interested in you.
For some reason the magic barrier around Thrisha's house makes it so you're the only person that finds the Inn when you wander the forest...

Actually yeah, I believe that's it. Every other heroine will fuck other male/female adventurers while you're not there.

As has been mentioned, Feng will quit when things start getting serious between you, and Aiko mentions that she doesn't have to fuck adventurers for her job, she can just freeze them, with the implication that she will be monogamous. Minoni and Tabitha also don't have jobs that involve fucking adventurers, and both are shy enough that I kind of doubt that they fucked any other adventurers even before meeting the MC. Venefica makes it clear that she only offers to share the sex chocolate with you because she likes you. The succubus campers talk about the possibility of going exclusive and living off of energy potions when you aren't there, though I don't think that their story is yet advanced to the point where they do that yet. Kyra the lizard girl probably isn't fucking others either, it was very obvious that you were the first one she tried fighting in the Lucidian way rather than trying to stab with her sword. I would say that of the named girls, possibly more of them will go exclusive than won't.
it was interesting seeing her reaction after lvl 300+ mc came to her before entering monster capital but probably every lvl that outnumber her own would have her reaction lol

Aiko's bisexual tho. She still sexually pursues women that strike her fancy.
Nothing about Minoni or Tabitha says they'll be exclusive to you. They don't have romantic progression. At most you're sex friends. If another guy finds Tabitha keeled over and rams her, that'd still make sense I think.

I think having expectations of the Succubus Campers is kinda ridiculous considering their race.

Regarding named girls, I think it's a toss up personally. I doubt Nova'll go exclusive. Hell to me Camilla, Bubble Slime, Nara, Mara and more just don't seem the type.
I actually like it like this cause when you have those types of girls in the game, the girls who actually like you stand out much more.
