There is the blue slime girl in the first area you go to. After being slimed she has a chance to ask the player whether it's okay to do that or not (or if your ass is your weakness, you'll automatically be okay with it). I don't think any other girl in the game targets the player's ass besides her. Though I haven't played in a good long while (since before the labyrinth was released), so who knows, more content along those lines might have been added.

This is why I stopped supporting MGD, despite the level of support I gave before and hope for the project. I'll be dead before it's finished at this rate.
