lot of characters, so not all of them can get new content with each new update

It's been a little over a year since I played; I just loaded the newest build and reloaded my recent save from town center. Every few frames of text the screen has a black line flash across it. Anyone know what setting that could be?
... No idea, but that's not an issue I remember anyone else reporting, which leads me to believe it's sadly unique to your hardware, and might be a sign that something is malfunctioning?
Have you ever considered building a version/mod archive for the game? I think it's worthy of it beyond just the changelog and notes on the wiki of past mods and versions
Mods are not the purview of Threshold. They have been provided spots where they can be publicly and conveniently made available on the official MGD wiki and Discord, but what is ultimately done with them is up to said mods' makers and to the community as a whole.
As for a version archive, that would take a
lot of space and be of limited usefulness, since it would essentially mean the same game, but with less features.
The game's very first version is available on the Discord for posterity, though, if you want to check that!

Nice! Have fun with the new update! We're aware that (non-game-breaking) bugs are still lurking, but they've been fixed and said fixes will be included in the next patch update.
As for "blowjob skills", I assume you mean the ability to trigger the stance? If so, the answer is "Very unlikely.", as a player-triggered combat stance is a
whole lot of stuff to take into account for
every enemy in existence, so it's not something that can be added simply and conveniently. Never say never, but it's quite unlikely at this point that new player-triggered stances will be added to the game.
(Modding is always an option, though, if you feel up for that.)
