If you have issues with the way the MGD Discord server's moderation is handled, you're welcome to DM a mod or Threshold about it, and if something has been handled improperly, we'll make sure to look into it. But I don't think complaining out of the blue in a thread on an unrelated platform will achieve much.

I'd guess it's because Azure Blaze is a maledom BDSM themed expansion for Beris in a game primarily focused on femdom content. I wanted more Beris bondage and decided to make it so on the assumption most people into Beris probably also wanted more of her tied up and squealing as well.
I see Shizu got some new CGs so I might set aside some time for updating Embrace again to feature them. CG integration is a tedious pain in the ass though. So many image checks.
Is there a reason why this game doesn't show up on the Latest Updates page despite receiving updates? It's the only game on the platform that I know to have this problem.

I don't consider MGDs a primarily femdom game, but only a switch game that has a small leaning towards femdom.
And with the new update it's edging way closer to 50/50 than ever before.
I still feel some dissonance with your mod though. Mostly with how much more talkative and active the protagonist is in conversation. In the main game, he's largely silent and gets a lot of dialogue started with player choice.

Yeah. In vanilla, it's jarring in the few scenes where the MC has actual dialogue.
