Imp in this game makes it almost unrecommendable.
As said above it's the loli stuff but it's also due to the non-consensual depictions because of policy changes made a while back. Even roleplaying non-consensual acts isn't allowed so it was bound to happen. KC has been on there for quite a long time but it seems Pateon just isn't the place for hentai. It's way too restrictive and will probably get even more restrictive.

Hello everyone, do you know that Kenkou continues to make his MGE RPG? And then, as I understand it, he deleted the patreon, and on Twitter, apart from updates with his art, there is not a word about the game... did he abandon it? Does that mean he’s doing it silently?
He didn't delete the patreon. It got taken down by Patreon itself. Literally a single post above yours explains this.
No, the game hasn't been abandoned by him. Directly under his tweet saying that Patreon took him down, he said "The money we received will be sufficient to cover the cost of translating the next demo version of MGERPG, but we need to think about how to publish it and how to pay for translations of future versions."

Thank you buddy! I liked the game so much, but there is not enough content... and he has been making it for more than 2 years... I hope I won’t wait until the end of my life for the full version. There are really very few good games about Monster Girl with a plot on an RPG maker...
from what *I* know hes still working on it but hes also making the monster girl enclopedia book thingy at the moment so hes quite busy but he never said about abandoning it nor stopping it it so its still being worked on pretty much he might post something about it on subscribestar since his patreon got taken down you can check his other accounts too on dl site if i remember correctly or something heres a link

It is heartbreaking to see what P*treon did to Kenkou Cross's account. When I first saw that I was in stunned disbelief. Not only is this bad for MGE but this will no doubt become a problem for other h game developers soon.

A new MGE book? Hopefully it's book 3 since I have the other two.
Also, thank you to the people that have explained and let me know the jist of what went down. I guess I'm gonna have to check out his Twitter then and keep tabs that way.

True but IMO it would be better for Kenkou Cross to focus on the game rather than releasing a book full of characters that will increase his workload. Not only that but there are already several other MGE books that beg for an English translation.

well if they ever make a trading card game like pokemon but with monstergirls i would buy that, a lot. Would make so much money. Monstergirls are best. Quest was still one of the best games ever.

Ditto (Or slime girl)! It is only a matter of time before we get a full monster girl TCG. Dekarous has played with the idea of making a Domina TCG a while back. I imagine Kenkou Cross will make one after finishing the game and ToroToro Resistance will after releasing Paradox Part 3. I am currently playing Paradox and am loving it. I just arrived at Esta and have to make the big choice.

sadly KC has no power over those books, if i'm not wrong it's only the Encyclopedia books that he's done completely on his own while the other stuff are generally written by others though he has given some of them his blessing in the form of artworks. So he can't really help us with the Fanbooks

What happened to the Game? It's Abandoned and Patreon Page is removed
KC takes forever to update the game, and he was removed from Patreon. (Any number of reasons, from loli to simply having an anime artstyle.) I do believe he has a subscribestar up.
The game is still planned.
Just that KC's Patreon page was banned but he reopened another account on another similar site. And it seems to me that he shared in news that it's coming soon and he's working on the English version.

And I was wrong, not about the game but about the next monsters he's going to release.
