I think your character is already an incubus, albeit a very weak one, seeing as you already have "Incubus Skills" at level 1. Its pretty much a "we'll wait and see" situation because all the Incubus Skills in the trial are only passive skills rather than active ones.

Breaking your limiter is instantaneous when one becomes an incubus. Now, depending on the circumstances, someone might take years to become an incubus, while some might become an incubus within a single night, this depends on certain things like the kind of monster girl they got with, or in the case of men who became incubi before getting a mamono wife, simply from the ambient mamono mana in the area they spent their time in. Breaking one's limiter doesn't mean gaining immediate power however, one still has to go through training and learning, and things like predisposition and willpower can be very important here. That training might take years. There are ways to speed it up, but it would be difficult. An incubus with enough willpower and determination can go from being scrawny to matching his Lizardman or dragon wife in battle as an equal, but there's no way to avoid the training it also takes to get there, and depending on one's interpretation, you could argue that such a wife had chosen that man because she saw the potential in him.
I already see some issues with the MC being an incubus of a harem, wherein one girl is all it takes for him to pass out for the night.
Being an incubus is important as it relates to the kinds of monster girl wives one has, and so our MC who has a harem, should change based on each one of his wives. I expect there would be some passive effects based on that, but don't know if that could realistically be implemented, since it might simply be too much. If our MC is going to have a very large and varied harem of monster girl wives, that in itself means he's a very special snowflake, even moreso that one of them is a Lilim. Not sure if KC is planning to make them an important figure in the setting as a whole, or keep them on the background.

The monster girl most associated with eternity is the Phoenix. Even if killed, they'll just be reborn, along with their husband. And if the Phoenix is part of a harem, then all the other wives will be reborn too, essentially removing their souls from the cycle of reincarnation.
But, I think it is more likely for KC to add undead mamono to the game than a Phoenix.

Fun question but how will he integrate the fact that some MG can possess either the mc or a human girl (ghost and the fox spirit) that and how will we see the monsterization and the genderbend/monsterization

What you see is what you get. The dev released a demo and then nothing ever since, just vague "progress reports" every few months promising that it's surely coming along. Depending on who you ask, the dev is either very particular and refuses to release an unfinished product, thus the long production time, or it really is abandoned and his supporters are getting milked. It's for you to decide. Maybe bookmark it and check back once a year.

That'd be interesting to see. Not sure about ghost, but for kitsune-bi, maybe the MC will meet a human girl and strike up a friendship with her, then she gets possessed.

yea ive been reading up the wiki due some of his books never getting released. Like aree we keeping the lore of the whole Lost heroins or are we getting a different universe. Another thing i find faschninating is that you can put Tribal markings of other monster girl onto other monster girls and the girls with the markings get enhanced and parently there are fashion items like kitsune ears that you can attach to human girls and they can hear from said kitsune ears

It was a bug fix in some mistaken dialogue and one of the trees not having collision in the starting house.
Very small minor fix.
Oh I think he fixed the game bugging out in blowjob stance during Werecat's sex in the forest.
