Some of you have complained that progress on the Monster Girl Encyclopedia RPG has been so slow.
I am sorry. I can only apologize for this.
The problem is that the content has included a great deal of man-hours for a small group of people to create.
This is the reason why the production is not progressing as fast as it should be, despite the length of the work.
I am very grateful for everyone's support, but it is difficult to hire more people with the amount of money we are currently receiving.
In addition, I cannot entrust important parts of Monster Girl, such as the CG and text, to anyone else but me.
I am afraid you will have to wait a little longer for me to announce the progress. I apologize for the inconvenience.
So it is being worked on, but slowly. No updates on regards of what kind of girls are being added or an updated demo

Knowing japanese devs Kenko is gonna release it when its completed, or nearly done, and add some content like mgq paradox part 3, and he's probably adding all the girls from encyclopedia its gonna take propably a few more years, wich is okay because i know the game will be legendary.

I'd rather eventually have a great game than a quick shitty/mediocre game yeah. I do hope we can get some kind of updated demo sometime though. Cant wait for some of my favourite girls to be added

I'm cautiously optimistic that KC is working on it, but it'd be nice to have some gameplay screenshots at least.
An announcement that there is no announcement as proof that someday he might make an announcement.

I'm aware that the lack of progress updates may have led some to fear that the project has been halted. I apologize for causing such concerns, but please be assured that the game is being actively developed.
Currently, I spend about a week each month working on creating new species, while the remaining three weeks are dedicated to the production of the Monster Girl Encyclopedia RPG (MGERPG). The main reasons for the prolonged development time are my own perfectionist tendencies and the vast amount of dialogue text for the Monster Girls. While I have hired staff to help with map chips and music, the dialogue of the Monster Girls is the most crucial aspect of MGE. It captures the personality of each Monster Girl, and it's not something I can simply delegate to someone else. I sincerely apologize for the extended wait, but my desire to express my ideal vision of MGE in a game format leads me to want to spend as much time and effort as necessary. I kindly ask for your continued patience.

idk why he is so stubborn about adding all monster girls in one go? Cant he just make 'zones' and then seperate them by chapters?

As I understand it, he wants to create everything at once and release it at once, like a perfectionist. While his mercenaries draw backgrounds and make BGM music, Kross writes tons of text for dialogues between MC and monster girls. I'm more than sure that this is just crazy in terms of development and compositions... so, we'll have to wait a long time, I think.
In terms of game length, I think it will be something like MGQ Paradox, where he previously worked drawing a couple of monster girls.

Will he ever truly finish? I imagine there's more areas he wants to create for MGE, and definitely more monster girls. We might not get the RPG until he's decided he won't create more lore for MGE, lol. At least, if he did it by chapters, he could start by regions, and always add more later... sigh
