Where do you get the monster girl that has the antlers? I looked everywhere and I didn't see one.

You mean the wendigo? She is in the icy cavern. To access that cavern, go to blowingrocks and head to the left until you reach the entrance to the uncharted desert. Do not enter it but go down, there is an entrance to the cave.

I completed all the quest (at just business - more story coming).

Go south of Gapers, go west into the next area, keep going west when you get into that area. There will be a cave entrance on the south wall.
