tbf, Spirit Valley was kinda boring in design, all the girls looked like the same busty girl in cosplay. MGH at least goes out of it's way to ensure each monstergirl looks unique in a very distinct way. The Mushroom girl is short and stacked, while the Harpy is thin as a reed and looks like she'd be pretty tall if she ever actually stood straight on the ground. Some girls have big tits, others have itty bitties.

Hey could someone help me out, I found most of the girls but I don't know where to get 4 of them could someone tell me how? (These are the 4)
1 - Go to the very north of the desert
2 - The city lower left has an area to find monsters in, she spawns there
3 - Outside of the Blowingrock, right before the Uncharted desert, the area transition door. Go there, dont enter, head south. There's a cave entrance.
4 - Go back to the smugglers compound area. Look next to the main building

Which link are you using? Mega didn't trigger it for me and Data Nodes scan found nothing.
I used PixelDrain, GoFile, and WorkUpload. All three said 'Virus Detected' and didn't let the download finish.
I got workupload to download without issue.
In any case, F95 mods check for viruses themselves and Data Nodes says its virus free. Obvious false flag, though I can't really help you get your PC to stop detecting it as such. Best I can tell you is to check if you have any pending updates, there might be a security update. Outside of that, anytime this happens to me I just give it a week and it usually stops flagging the file.
