How do I get the empowered spirit weapons and are the true form of it not the required one? I tried putting the true forms of the weapons on the slabs but it still rejects it, im kinda stumped here

The first set of spirit weapon are crafted by the gnome/fairy inside the smithy of the 2nd town. To upgrade them and craft the 2nd set you need to have recruited a big number of the master smith version for a new shop to open inside the pocket dimension smithy.

Hello,

my game is stuck with this picture. I can move and go into the menu while it's on my screen.
Is there any way to remove it? Really important, as I haven't encountered this and therefore haven't saved.
It might seem stupid, but I use only 1 save file...
