Well, in chaos route better save before opening any chest because you are probably going to die xD Or be prepared to grind.

Like I said, I have no idea how I got the mimic room in my game.
It's okay, I already experienced the nightmare that was playing through Ilias's Part 3 before doing Alice's first, so I had sooo much fun getting a Pandora surprise and wipe every so often. I even started to just rage quit and restart my game at one point just because they were so annoying, so color me surprised when I start Alice and they are almost non-existence, lol.
There is a smith in every place that is not a town. And yes you need to do the quest with the weapon and a 2nd time with weapon/armor from the Est. Actually I'm not sure 100% but someone told me that every quest from Amira need to be done. (+the secret magical girl quest with granberia inside the dream world)
Yeah you fighted the "normal" mimic. The Chaos mimic are on another level. They are one of the reason the dev put this item to decrease the stats of the monster inside 3.02. Now if someone has difficulty in the game it's because they want difficulty.
I've had no issue fighting them right now, but I've only seen the normal mimic not the upgrades, so far. I usually just Daystar setup to cut their attack to only one, make sure I have a full heal ready, and then focus on holy damage. They go down in about three-four turns so far.
Well that sucks, I’m at lv 9 forge and it saying 53 found so no idea where to look for the rest.
It's a japanese game. With monster. Who put thing where nothing should be put. Including vore. Everybod had his own opinion on every scene.
In front of papi there may be a kagetsumugi that tells the location of the blacksmiths, but I don't know what's necessary to spawn her. I found her only when I had 70+.
Ideally, the Blacksmith location guide would show the whole forge (screenshots stitched together), have labels with the Oyakata-type sprite, and a caption telling where it can be found. A tricky thing to keep in mind is that the beaches that have underwater areas opened up ALSO have a Blacksmith wandering abovewater as well. I have 68, yet only have level 8 Forge, so I'm guessing you don't need every one for a majority of most end-game forging.
I did the camp event before starting the final area and went back to check. No Kage yet.
