For what reason did you need this full save ? If you want the sex scene inside the scene recollection on the starting screen, you can start a new game (you start inside a house top floor) go down to the entrance floor, go to the last room on the right, enter the bed, look at the bottom of the bed and click. You should have the option to unlock the full recollection on the starting screen this way.

It's a japanese game. With monster. Who put thing where nothing should be put. Including vore. Everybod had his own opinion on every scene.
You can look inside the graphic folder, the pictures folder and see every image of the game if you want to have an idea of what to expect.

And there is no real uncensor mod. At least for part 3 (some IA uncesor was talked before but the amount of picture is too big)

Considering the state of the younger generation, Japan's generational crisis, and the fact that their youth pretty much universally hate their elders and the 'old guard' they believe ruined things for them, and a lot moreso than we do in the west, maybe it'll happen someday once the oldies die off.

Japan's youth really doesn't give a shit about honor or reputation or tradition.

I don't remember all I've found, but I know for sure there's a LOT more than just 5 specific places, from memory, there's one in the grand gold castle, one in Mephisto's school, one in chrome's manor, and for the rest honestly just do any random dungeon or quest and you're gonna fall on it.

Any places with lots of books is sure to have it too.

It's definitely far more likely, especially at the rate it's advancing and how much longer a lot of Japan's ruling group has to go if they live full lives in the country with the highest life expectancy lol.

Well I reuploaded a new version more up to date of 3.04 with bob translation, my save, my mod folder, the bug with the starting screen version corrected, and mtool ready to launch if you want to cheat.
You can use the game.exe if you just want to play with bob translation but you can also launch the game with mtool if you want some cheat.

edit 2 : I also added the data with the cheese on the gofile if you want to try to use the cheese but make copy of your game and save folder before puting the data inside your game because lot of people reported that the translation break with this data cheese

Indeed. I have gems but just not put them on yet. I have tried auto equip best but it does not seem to match much with the job or race
