Anyone knows what this error means? it keeps happening randomly on my playthrough so i cant pinpoint the cause

so does special booster boost sorcery? seems strange otherwise. Like they had an idea for a special skill job but couldn't think of anything so they shoved it with sorcery.

Sorceries are in least 2 categories. Special booster will boost only a few sorceries.
I write about damage calculation (will likely share it next month) and can say some sorceries can be boosted quite much.

I just tried a new game + from the beginning and there are a few buggs now with part 3 the affinity of every enemy will be resetted, some companion quests will not be resetted like Papi and Vanilla, some bossfights will not appear like Nuruko and Sonia is acting like she is still here even if you have not recruted her.

Hey can anyone explain why for whatever reason you just can't change gamepad config on the current version of this game? I have the controls set up like this, literally just the default but with C (enter/space) and A (shift) switched around to match my controller, but for whatever reason the current version of paradox always just has the default control scheme for gamepad no matter what I do in this menu. This works fine for any other RPGM game. edit: to be precise, I have a (3rd party) ps4 controller that switches to xinput if I hold the middle button. When it's in xinput, which is how I usually use it, I can't change the face buttons. Very odd.

If you choose to do NG+, regardless of whether you choose to start all the way back at the beginning or at the Great Decision, you get to keep all of your levels, jobs, equipment, recruited characters (aside from Alice/Ilias if you choose to do a different route), and job change items.

As for what to do before the great decision, I'd suggest maxing every job/race you can for Luka and Alice/Ilias at the very least. Idk if it's possible to do before part 3, but I'd also suggest doing the Heroes of the Seven Worlds collab event before part 3 if you can, that way you can get access to some additional (and strong) characters for early Part 3, like Est. Also, do the Reaper's damage challenge and try to get as high damage as possible, as getting above a certain amount (idk off the top of my head how much you have to do, but I was able to do it before part 3 released using Est and the Harpy Queen) gives you access to the Demi-fiend race, which can only be used by human characters at first iirc, but it's a good power boost for going from Part 2 to 3.

It's a relief I get to keep my companions, jobs and items. Do I need a specific version of MGQP Part 2 in order to play the collab? Also, will I know it's there when I get to it?

As for the Reaper challenge, is that the Reaper request posted on the message board in the Pocket Castle?


On another note, I just went to the Pocket Castle Casino and I spent most of my gold on the Underworld License and the Angel Dress(?). Is there a good way to grind gold/ casino coins I can use?

and I just noticed it the enemies HPs are godamn high and their attack also
and Im still dont know what im doing on the third way route

can anyone recommend me what should I do first and what party and equipments good for chaos route?

You probably picked my version of the game folder. Normaly you can't do the 3rd route without doing the other 2. But the trigger to access the "chaos route" is hidding inside the data of the game and not the save, so you can do it because I already finished the game. The 2 route are a mean to get new job/race + equipment for your team before doing the chaos route. So i recommand you to do them first.

Secondly, since 3.02 if you have the game in easy mode, in the entrance lobby of your castle you can find the white rabbit that give you a key item named ruler's rules that let you decrease the monster atk/de/agi to 1 (and hp but don't put them at 1 because the game crash). So if you have difficulty in this game it's because you want it to be difficult.

You know when they are dispo because you can't do the content of part 3 without a game folder for part 3.

Reaper challenge is something you can do inside the purgatory zone where you can go inside the Ilias temple in the first town. (The double stone door on the 2nd floor). Speak to the reaper here to do the challenge.

Where did you find your game folder ?
Most version are now merged with part 1-2 so you can play from the beginning until the end.
If you picked the version from the front page of this thread, the content of part 3 is not translated. You can pick a version with some pretty ok machine translation, corrected by human hand here

The new content start from the big decision of what faction you are going to join. At the end of these route you are sent back before the big decision and after doing it 2 time you can try the 3rd route.

Not counting part 3 exclusive food it's only beef bowl and broiled eel i think. I was also confused and went to Giganto's page on the japanese wiki to check and some cool guy in the comments mentioned broiled eel works as a gift.

Technicaly chaos route is a "fusion of the worlds" and you can find most or the items/monster of the other 2 route inside this route, but you are missing a lot of the context of why did they go this route. even on Easy mode and Im using ruler ruler the enemies HP are still tanky and can one shot one of my party members
also no wonder I dont quite following the context of the story like how the former queen who has become zombie now alive again,the merge of three worlds and I dont remember fighting alongside with the 6 Ancestors nor the 7 Archangels in the part 1-2 nor the OG one

Yeah, playing the route that builds heavily on the other two without playing the other two will do that.

Monster Girl Quest 1-3 and Monster Girl Quest! Paradox RPG are different games.
They have similar stories, but different game mechanics. Play Monster Girl Quest 1-3 first.
