pretty much yeah. In my opinion the Yamatai stuff should be a priority because it let you unlock the soundbreaker job so you can unlock gold chest. Because if you don't, you are going to need to back track on every place you have explored before in order to get the chests.
If the fights there are too hard, you may want to decrease the difficulty in order to get the job. It could save you a lot of time later.
10s of thousands in damage actually did something sure but I give a hard no to the second part, I don't remember that because even if I didn't play it I know labyrinth of chaos was a thing and if you went high enough bosses got really crazy. Even without labyrinth we had reaper challenge which through certain items pre-nerfing like gaia robe facilitated crazy damage numbers which resulted in getting chaos weapons for even more insane numbers granted we never need to use chaos weapons but they are nice for when you want to kill a scripted loss for an achievement.

The archive was made by me based on a comparison of files and their contents. The only nuance is that version 3.04 will be indicated there, since it is taken from the patch/patch file and there are no changes except for the version indicator.

Im pretty worried in Chaos route since it's free roam, im afraid of missing out on stuff because I've done something that should've bene done later, so I want to ask, if we progress through Amira's info alone, will it be sufficient to cover the entire route, or some quests/area need some "info gathering" in order to appear?

chaos guide should be helpful for you in this case. Amira should give you the same path and the only thing you can miss are the legendary smith, but you should think that there is one of them in every dungeon (so everything that is not a city) in the game.
In my opinion Yamatai should be one of your first destination in order to unlock the job that let you open gold chest, so you don't need to backtrack to get the gold chest you see during your adventure

Yeah I already did Yamatai, I'm currently cross-checking japanese wiki and this guide to see which progression is the best, there's some differences but I guess because it's the nature of "free roam", I'll use the notepad guide since it won't spoil the plot outline unlike the JP wiki.
Although I am confused by this line:
"Hades questline reaper and white rabbit, forbidden ghost race, forbidden beast race, forbidden chimera race
snow continent Ilias temple ruins hard area and extremely hard boss, pandora chests
4 main city quests story progression gives forbidden classes and races easy difficulty"
why is the guide telling me to go to illias temple ruins when it's a hard area in the beginning

Yeah this one is not really good on the order of thing. But it's one of these things you can do whenever you want with no link to the story. It's more like a hard side mission.
Where do you even get the Heinrich(Berserker) Sword and his fallen sword in order to upgrade it?

Ok, so who got their memories of the 2 routes at the start of Chaos route? I'm confused.
Basically everyone present at the great decision obviously remembers everything, then some monsters/angels said they remember Luka fighting alongside him but some like Uriela and Granberia don't remember?
Or is it because the 3 worlds got merged?

Mithra sealed castle iirc.
All the main players keep their memories of the other routes. Others moreso get deja vu unless Luka makes them remember. That's how I understand it.
