Is there an estimation how much content is left untranslated? And how long (years?) is still left until full human translation?

something like half of both angel/monster route are done. After that it's chaos route. So probably end of the year or something like this.

It's the same version that Uchihafabio gave us earlier with the addition of chaos guide inside, the tool folder if you want to use mtool cheat engine, the mod for auto recruit monster girl at the end of every fight without the need to speak with them, the limite increase for each stack of item to 999, and my save folder where save 16 is before the big choice where you choose what faction you are going to join (with a very powerful team and gems stack for easy cruise on the story until chaos route)
You can delete the patch folder if you don't like the mods.

I was in the same boat. I noticed a few things. For context I have just recently done Part 1 2 and 3 Judgememt nd alrdy about to finish Part 2 Worldbreaker all on Hard.

So based on obv limited experience

1.) Part 3 characters (at least passives) powercreep most part 2 and prior ones. So you might swap out older units for stronger part 3 ones. Ssp since a lot gave access to the new mechanics nd elements which part 2 units and earlier dont.

2.) Sing is really good (as previous ppl habe said). I find priority sing esp good in part 3 (at least. So El from mid part 2 (Mermaid Princess) I find stays pretty good. So she can always use her songs first.

3.) I had the most success with Dex based dps in generally esp later in. Early game in part 1 hunters have it really good due to the boss types so Barbun is an easy shoe in for most. Hild I found also stayed pretty good. I found skill triggering using characters scale the best too like Stephanie (Box Girl) and Alicetroemeria

4.) as stated Luka with Hp draining orb putting him at critical HP is very strong dps wise.

each new chapter include passed ones expect for part 1 so part 3 has all 3 part 2 has 2 and part 1 well only part 1 the the only thing new parts don't contain are old parts cg files for h-scenes there still in newer parts but all you get is a black screen with .... unless the link has them included in it

So if I understand what you are saying correctly - part 3 (the one here) has the story and battle content from parts one and two but none of the HCG's?

However the limit in the screenshot says 1 TB exceeded as a monthly limit is that not a reasonable free quota limit? the whole game itself is only 9GB ish . You could download the entire game once a day and not even be a third of the limit.

While I agree that the monthly quota is very stupid, I do have a remark to make:
I imagine most people would never reach that quota, realistically. What kind of files do you download constantly, that you consume entire TB of data in less than a month.

I am using bye dpi, maybe that screwed up their traffic counter.

upd or maybe it download with browser on android at fault, it doesnt really like to keep multiple app fully active at the same time, anyway problem is that I didnt even download anything except mgq fom this site this month.

yes it's edited mtl by someone named bob (+helper) on the mgq paradox discord.

Like, yes, she had no actual reasons to not erase Monster Lords, since she completely won HMW, but stories about Legendary Hero Heinrich That Defeated 8th Monster Lord strongly affected true history's Luka's growing up, and since, like White Rabbit told, Luka is literally the most important person for true history - changing something so important for him can fasten Chaos' encroachment
