I can think of 5 different foot fetish scenes in this game off the top of my head and one of them is with Ilias, a main character. Theres likely atleast 50 more among the hundreds of scenes in this game, youll manage.

You could try building her as a bow user. Not sure what part of the game youre in but eventually in the chaos route you start unlocking the angel classes that have chains like holy > black magic > bow, and some other interesting stuff

I need some help.
For some reasons I can´t visit harpy village. I was already by the elder person in happines town / village and spoke w/ him and even finished the 1st tatarus but 4 some reasons it says the entrance is blocked. does anyone know what I am missing here?

I'm gonna be level: Ilias is pretty pitiful compared to most of the cast. I still used her because I like her writing a lot though.

I don't know why they suggested the pocket castle since you can only recruit battle fucks after the battle fuck.
Assuming the trigger is like the base game you need to do the scale bandits, you do it on the way to the ore for papi normally but not sure if the circumstances are different here.
I think you'll be pleased by the third route. I sure was.
Ilias ended up a lot stronger for me, to where one of my only losses in the entire game was with Alice's team in the final dungeon. I kept Ilias in the party the entire third route, for Daystar spamming, party buffing, and heat-up bow shenanigans. I haven't done any LoC yet, but she has 1.5 billion willpower as of my last postgame save. I think the issue is that a lot of the gems best for Alice, I gave to Luka already.

I wouldn't call her a caster perse she does start as a hunter with a bow. Its just since she is an angel and locked to angel all she has are bow, sword, spear, and holy skills. Not to mention being angel locked makes her personal skill at the start of the game useless since all that comes with angel's kit so magic is the least noteworthy thing for her.

So how does the NG+ work with part 3? Would I have to finish it first, then run thru the entire game with the other protag, then choose the 'Third Route' in the main decision?
I already get a Third Route option available (I was using the 3.04 MTL from this thread) but it references events I haven't done and give Luka powers I haven't come across, so I figure it's sequence breaking.

NG+ lets you choose to start right before the branch. Doing the entire game over again is pretty trivial anyways, you will one-shot everything and can just disable encounters. It's good to see how the Alice/Ilias interactions differ imo.
The MTL, for whatever reason, includes some save data that lets you do the third route in all your saves, even without doing the other two. You are intended to do both other routes before the third - and you're intended to get a bad ending for trying to do the third route beforehand.
All three routes of part 3 should be done. They're all completely different. Neither the Destroyer of the Heavens or Monster World Judgment routes are fully satisfying, but they're essential for getting the most out of the third route.

Assuming that I already cleared part 1-2 the scale bandit quest is cleared ofc but somehow I cant BF her and recruit her and she still staying as blacksmith in part 3

Luka's brain being used as a generator for the spacetime transfer device far pales in comparison to hundreds of men, women and children being violently killed for art and food, in my opinion. No matter how important Luka is, 1 < 100.

Yeah sorry for the sequence breaking but they decided to hide the trigger for this 3rd route and the event that happen at the end of the other 2 routes inside the data. So even without my save folder you can play the 3rd route. The only way to not have this is to grab a raw (japanese) game without any translation and use mtool translation or do the process of patching the game with some mtl by yourself.
