I wouldn't bother. The game's not fully patched or human translated yet, you aren't going to get a seamless experience no matter what you do, and downgrading versions while keeping saves is a really bad idea so you'd have to start againfrom a new game or one of the included save files. If you run into something important that's in Japanese, [Unlikely given how the files are arranged,} snap a pic of it and toss it into google image translate or something.

3.06 is best because it seems they corrected the bug that locked you out of finishing the game in the last dungeon because you couldn't cross a threshold of a door and needed to use mtool and the no clip option to continue. Someone said that he encountered the bug in 3.05 and by using 3.06 he could go through.
Not every player got the bug but if you had it, the process to bypass it was not great.

Also to add to this the link to the hero of said game might also be effecting him like how it was pushing him into getting killed at 5 PM also not helping him actually deal with them.
it also somewhat fits with how Luka is the first game early on was postally constantly getting hypnotised by Alice(sure with her it was mainly for forcing him to answer or cook her food but if she had wanted to kill him she could have done so easily).

Just finished the game. The True Ending was outright cathartic at some points. Simply very cool.
I have a few questions though. How much does Paradox Luka measure up to OG Luka? And is there any post-chaos end content that I should be aware of beyond the LoC?

"Not existing" seems to be the MGQ equivalent of not having a heart in Kingdom Hearts. A completely made up problem that seemingly causes no issue.I mean, a lot of people don't exist in this game, it's a common disability. Marcellus kinda doesn't exist, and by extension neither does half of Luka, for reasons. Not actually existing isn't really a major problem in this world, apparently.
I mean, Luka and Alice [with the power of friendship] barely beat Ilias in the original trilogy. Paradox Luka goes above and beyond.
Good to hear the True Ending's fun. I've got a looooong road to get there still.
As for Luka measuring up, just... I've stumbled across a lot of the powerscaling people ranting about this game and even brushing by it side-on has rotted my brain just a little bit. Even coming to the end of the Angel route, [Not there yet, close though I think,] I can tell the power level writing in this game is all about rule of cool and what will be dramatic. So, is OG or Paradox Luka more powerful? As I believe a marvel author once said about a fight between the hulk and somebody, "Who would win? Whoever the writer wants."
Personality-wise, though, OG Luka's more interesting so far, but that's also because OG Luka has problems. Powerscaling is just shipping for people who have wayy too autistic impulses for their own good. I'd say to completely disregard them 100% of the times.
And when he gets up there's another (even bigger) hammer.
Speaking of OG. Something I am a bit confused about. So the whole plot is all the parallel worlds are in danger of dying which is why both Angel and Monster world have their own plans. Does this also affect True History? Or only the parallel offshoots? Like in the bad end where Luka fails and the world is destroyed is True History also destroyed? Same with the Judge and World endings?
So speaking purely from Part 2/Early Part 3 Powerscaling - We can assume that the Hero's party is not yet on par with the Lilith Sisters combined as they are forced to flee. We also know that roughly 2 Lilith Sisters are slightly above Alma Elma due to the grangold arc and I think generally the assumption is Alma is as of Part 2 implied to be around the level of 1 of them or a bit above since she was able to hold off 2 and injure them to the point that they could not take part in the Grangold Castle Chapter. We do also know that the Party as a whole is stronger than 1 Heavenly Knight (as we do beat them 1 by 1 when we enter the castle even powered up versions like Eru) but at that point Alma herself is canonically in the party which renders that achievement kinda nebulous as I sort of recall the Knights (with Tamamo in sealed form) were all stated to be around the same level so Alma + 11 others compotent fighters would likely win vs 1 knight. Although the party did beat Alma prev. So I think effectively the party is inbtween 2-3 Heavenly knights worth of power with Alma and 1-2 after she stays behind to distract Alice nd co by the Great decision Illias side. How much Luka contributes to that though cannot be determined. Obv though by the end of Part 3 Paradox Luka just becomes stronger due to the whole Plot ending.
I think its really difficult to powerscale Paradox Luka because he is never really fighting alone. So we can only sort of estimate who he is weaker than rather than who he is stronger than. I only just entered Part 3 but to use as an example from the Ilias Route. He is forced to flee from 3 then 2 of the Succubus Trio and needed AD Eden to bail him out. The big implication obv being that the current Party is lorewise not as strong as those 3 combined (and presumably serious) yet. So its much easier to say Paradox Luka at Early Part 3 is weaker than them, but say in reverse when he beat Alipheese 15 we cant say Luka is stronger than the 15th because canonically he has a bunch of other party members with him and it was a 14 (If I recall thats how many members you have) v 1. We can scale the Hero's party but scaling any individual member is much more difficult unless they act alone.

Oh, and I don't really wanna get into power scaling, as I said it makes my head hurt, but I will note offhand that OG Luka's biggest accomplishment, handling Illias, was actually done with a party. He got a lot of help in that fight specifically even if he did finish it.
EDIT: Right, didn't answer the actual question RE: The bad ending. What you're specifically looking at there is the paradox world reaching the same endpoint as that one you visit in part 1. Given that Apoptosis are the aforementioned natural mechanism for stopping the memory leak related BSOD of the universe, there's no real reason they'd just keep eating everything down to total nothingness, so it's possible an OG timeline or something close enough would eventually be left alone. Even so, that would mean the slow destruction of countless alternate worlds, so as the white rabbit says, that ending kinda sucks.

Just unlocked pocket castle in the chaos route, and now Luka looks like a guard-cosplayer. Is it intended or a bug? He looks strange

lol never seen this bug. Try to see if you find a wardrobe under the inn in your castle lobby and see if you can change your form here.
No idea what caused this bug. If you can't find how to fix it, you can try the discord. The community there is pretty active and helpfull.
Wardrobe is probably not available for me, yet. Or is it suppose to be there by now?
