The R15 and R18 versions are going to be separate. But people who bought the R15 game on DLSite should get a discount if they buy the R18 game when it comes out, if possible the same thing with Steam.

1.049 was a bugfix update from June. There's been no solid update on either his Ci-en, Twitter, or the game's dlsite page for neither the jap and eng version. Where are you getting this from?
