There would be no harm in sharing it, that way someone could try to crack it like it was done with the +15 version.
some people on ulmf already said someone here shared the cracked version, but i searched and nothing, looks like we will have to wait more for a hero xD

Couldn't be, 1.51 was December 2020. The opening post was last edited back in August 2020, same day the 1.0.4 version was shared in a post. Although the read me with the opening posts game only lists 1.00 in its update history.
Attention has mostly switched to the R-18 game after it came out, and the posts 1.0.4 link is dead.
Edit - Had a quick look around other places and 1.0.4 seems to be it.

File? If you mean the save file it should go in...
C:\Users\YourNameHere\AppData\Local\Monster Surprised You-ki Chan! ENG\save
Appdata may be hidden, unhide it with the view tab or look for %appdata% with the Windows search.

Did you look back here? I don't think it's a safe thing to download on it's own, but it's in the Windows system32 folder.
