The real devs are very active on discord and happily talk about their plans for the game and show how far they have come already in a small amount of time.

Anthro or furry =/= bestiality, genius. But the fact that the main dev of the game would think that already tells me this game holds absolutely nothing of interest to me nor it ever will. Best of luck with your endeavors, I guess.

Now, whoever can edit the OP, can we please get the "furry" tag removed and replaced with "monster girl" now that the main dev has explicitly confirmed it's the latter they aim for and not the former? (Assuming the fact that it doesn't actually have any furry content isn't enough for the tag to be removed in the first place. Which wouldn't surprise me seeing how grossly misused that tag is in here).

Your game should cater to whatever you want it to cater and that's fine. As I said, best of luck with it even if I won't be playing it myself. Sounds like quite an ambitious project but I guess it can be a big deal if it delivers on what it aims for.
I'm just pissed at the misuse of the tag, because it's really annoying when you see something whose tags/description sound promising but it turns out it has nothing of value to you at all and it only has the "furry" tag because the dumbass that posted the thread/made the request doesn't know what the tag actually means.

Well everyone is different indeed.
I play plenty of non-pornographic games as a female, and i find myself getting more immersed in their stories then i do males, but this depends on weather the game is good enough. (eg. i play pokemon as female.....and thats a kids game
).This is gonna sound hypocritical coming from me but, Playing as a female isn't always about tits and ass, there are times when a good game just has a female protag (eg tombraider, fire emblem 3 houses).
But its your game, so its best to go for what you believe will motivate you, and if thats a male protag, then its best you follow that vision

Yeah, I definitely agree, I often enjoy playing games as a female (or futa) more than if I played as a male.

I don't think either is a good option, as it limits the audience for the game somewhat and also can cause problems depending where the game is posted (Patreon .etc)

There is no build yet, what is available currently is specifically only to test out movement to provide feedback on and when the first actual build does release it will have all of the 5 initial girls including the Orc girl. Also, the creator of this thread is not one of the devs, posted everything without permission and completely messed it all up initially.
