For anyone attempting to extract the assets or use chat engine, mod the game, etc.:
Monster Love Hotel 2 has been compiled with the Microsoft's "/GS (Buffer Security Check)".
I believe this may be one of the reasons why cheat engine doesn't work

I am 60% sure that MLH and MLH2 were made in the "Game Editor" in C. But there is a BIG chance that I am wrong here

You can sprint with Shift to get 2x faster but it's still slow imo. Cheat engine doesn't work with walking
The fights are still really slow but they can be sped up with Cheat Engine

You can go faster holding left Shift and you can fast travel near the end of the first game.

Can anyone provide the latest MLH 2 version from patreon here or just tell how to acces latest version of MLH 2 for free. Like patreon doesn't work on my country's banks so I can't actually purchase memberships on it.

For people who are having issue with both games, you should try dxwnd program, add the .exe to dxwnd by drag & drop. Then on the properties menu that will pop up afterwards, go to directX tab and use DirectX 9 as version hook and OpenGL as renderer. Go to mouse tab and uncheck "correct mouse position" because this option sometimes make the ingame cursor unusable. I was able to run both game without any black screen or visual artifacting afterwards.

I mean if you know how to use a pc thats fine
but nothing you say makes sense. Like I changed everything you said. Though the game just still is a infinite loop when I click start. And the game still doesnt work.
The video shows it just keeps taking you back to the menu when you click start, and doesnt even play the game

How do you finish the game. Every time I play I get to the Succubus castle area then Im stuck. Im not sure where to go from there.

You need to learn the double dick spell for Erwan, then you talk to the recepcionist, after you talk her and the succubi you go to the hotel to sleep and after that you return to the castle and talk to the recepcionist again.
