You need firstly to work a shift at the tavern and after serving a few drinks the bartender will notify you about the backroom. It's an interesting scene in there, like a new mechanic of the game. Sexy too

Use this saves, go to the Tavern to the left and talk to the Woman to Start the Shift. Dont end it too early for the backroom scene.

I think its a bug. There is a new bugfix version, but I don't think it addresses that.
