I'm missing 4 coins in the second dungeon. I've run around so many times but I can't seem to find them. Is there a secret room or something that I'm missing? Help please

In cien still no any new post seem like lazy or late now bro change date 1 year I can wait but unfinished some route bit half year that too much man it took time too much like update content 2.0 or dlc now
