The enemies with hearts are supposed to use binding attacks, right? Because they're not doing it, they're just attacking normally.
i said it a previous post, there is a path to the right of the brothel (walk into the sign essentially), going behind the brothel go left until you can go down (you can see where the event starts by going to the parking lot at the far left and going to the back of it. How did you start the secret ninja technique?
that is not the correct way to go at all, that wall is apart of an item you get in the next dungeon (Backtracking). I dont quite remember but i believe its somewhere to the right? just make sure you get/have the upgraded ice melter
