In recent years, games are becoming CRAP because some developers keep listening to many people who read the game's TAGS, access the page and try to CHANGE the essence of the game, according to what they want.
IT HAPPENS that if the developer tries to please everyone and keeps changing his own idea of the game, the result is that either the interest of the majority ceases and it is abandoned or the game ends badly
This is very annoying. TO THIS DAY, even with TAGS for people to READ and see if they like a game or not, we still see people who access games to complain that they have NTR or that they have SWING or that there is no such situation, this is extremely sick and irritating.
They want that character to cheat or not to cheat, to do this or that, it's really irritating.

Games will still be abandoned anyway. A lot of people think they'll make lots of money from these games and when they don't, they have to stop making them because of the time investment with so little return.

Yep. It's really a hit or miss with porn games. Some of them blow up within months, others just don't have the...spark, the little something that ignites the fire attracting a bunch of folks. It's the 'right place at the right time' kind of thing. (And not making an overall dogwater game does help aswell lol)
that's the tragic part about moonripple. it DID have that spark, all the stars were aligning, influx of subs to the patreon, dev who was able to crank out a lot of content in a reasonable time, exciting chapter releases where things actually happen instead of endless teasing and then.... real life intervened
sounds like the dev is back on his feet a little bit, hope things work out for him and he can pick things back up in april.

There used to be a netorare tag on my game here, like other similar games still have (My New Girlfriend, Shadows Of Ambition, Blurring The Walls...) but now suddenly there isn't. Not sure why?
Because I explicitly stated that I'm not working on a route where MC gets cheated on?
I thought the NTR tag on here encompassed NTS as well, since there isn't a seperate tag for it.
Absence of tag probably kinda maybe hurting the discoverability of my game on here.
News is I'm working on the game, but updates start coming again in April

The other game I was looking to try did that and I lost my entire interest in trying it out.
to me it sounded more like he does NOT want dev to make this changes and is asking as a warning

You are doing a great job so far, there is no quality issue with your game's art. Please don't fall in the remakes blackhole too
If you get to the end of a game everyone likes, and so far i think everyone is liking ML, then you can start a new project with a very solid fan base.Look how things went with Once in a Lifetime and Eternum.

The netorase tag is "coming soon" for years now, and this sudden change did make finding games harder in my opinion.

I do use it, but I don't know why change something that everyone was already used to if they aren't fixing it. Just create a tag already, it shouldn't be too difficult...
yeah but im starting to think the people who adminstrate that rollout share a lot of traits with many avns devs; perfectionism over progress.
