yea, no sweat. asking "what AI did you use?" is one of those questions where it's actually extremely complicated to answer. having watched BCG's production video and working with AI art myself, the gist is:Well I have to admit that I didn't understand it much, I was just curious about how it was done hahaha
- generate images using stable diffusion (a locally-running instance of an AI model)
- spend a lot of time in photoshop making them look good, compositing, fixing faces, fingers and clothes
- train loras and custom models to minimize #2 as much as possible, but knowing that some manual tweaking will always be necessary (and will be the largest time expense in any good project)
- animations and writing are done 100% manually
if you are interested in generating AI images yourself with stable diffusion, you gotta start with youtube and watch a few hours worth of videos before you can even start, really. it's not very straightforward
