Yeah plan is to go Early Access on Steam sometime after the Halloween short release.
So probably the beginning of November. We'll see how long it takes for Steam to approve the release.

Oh I could launch 0.2 right now, everything's ready and approved.
I meant they will still need to check 0.3 and the halloween update before I would launch.
I don't want to go to early access with just 0.2 though!

But seriously, most NTS games end up sooner or later (most very 'sooner') into slut-wife/slut-gf and then the NTR happens because we can only assume (?) most think that if you share you're a cuck already so why not go the rest of the way.
