Not very large consequences here, but you as the player can't avoid a scene with her and someone else in episode 6 if you cheated
It's because Anon's conscience makes him believe that he deserves it.
If you didn't cheat, you can either let it happen or avoid it.

(quickly makes another save without cheating)....ok i'm ready for episode 6

also i can't wait for femboy Cee to give Suzie some Dee!!

Yes please!! If the devs added this I would probably be my favourite part of the game. The big question is who would we get to see being the one in the middle.
