Straight from Google..NSFW games get denied EA so that they can't add more (unreviewed) content. That's the point of having EA denied, because Steam doesn't check EA updates.
Existing Early Access games have not been affected as far as I know.
There's plenty of Early Access NSFW games out right now, with four having released in the past 2 weeks.
Bestiality and rape content started this by the way, which is what they're screening for also, without explicilty saying so. That was quite obvious by the games that were delisted and denied EA initially.
No, existing Early Access NSFW games generally cannot be updated with new NSFW content on platforms like Steam, as developers are now required to release such content as separate DLC, which must undergo a new review process. This policy change, which took effect in late August or September 2025, also means new games with mature themes can no longer be released through Early Access.
