I feel like you guys think you'll be looking at 10 pixels now in comparison

The jump from 1080p to 1440p is only really very noticeable in 3D, not so much in 2D stuff. Check and compare below.
That in itself would not increase it massively, because I can easily make renders in 1440p, export them, then just use a script to downscale everything to 1080p.
The real prohibitive time sink is when I have to manually set positions in-game for assets in terms of pixels. That really kills this for now.
But down the line, I do want to offer a 1440p version for top supporters. I just need some time to figure out how I can make two versions easily without shooting myself in the foot.
