When you are in the gallery of pictures, there are two large buttons at the top, the left one is the gallery of bonus pictures, the right one is the gallery of replays. Just click on these top buttons and the windows will switch.

The game really is and was also on the old engine great - it only ended quite abruptly...

I'm having the same issue, completed on hard and the replay gallery shows everything locked still.

Here's a quick walkthrough/cheat Mod (mostly for the "Hard" game mode):
Mod features:
- choices help/walkthrough
- persistent info screen for the episodes game points
- option to change the game points (but not needed so far)
- a renaming feature for the characters
- new with v1.0b: option to unlock the gallery pictures+replay
- new with v1.0c: additional game settings (textbox opacity, textsize, outlines, quick menu)

Are you going to continue the Ren'Py port of the game or will it "end" at the same state as the original game?
