Most annoying things you can put in a lewd game?

- Quick-Time-Events
- Searching for Pixels onscreen to progress scenes/searches in Free-Roam
- hilarious/ridiculous best friends who pull the MC into abyssmal ridiclous unwanted situations
- stories about high school graduates involved in Mob-Business
- One Choice "options" to click to progress scenes
- dream sequences to introduce sex scenes
- No end of Update/Episode/Chapter warning to save before getting thrown directly into the main menu
and propably many more i'm not aware of right know and some who depend on my mood when playing those games/novels.

But the thing that annoys me the most isn't there:
Choices with only a single option.
Hate them. Only thing they do is break up the flow of what is happening.

Several things (which are not listed here, because it is quite clear what OP dislikes):
Fake Choices:
I am talking about choices which basically boil down to "Do you want a H-scene in your Porgame?" "Yes", "No"... Just remove this choice, I play the Porngame for porn (more or less, depending on the game, but it should always be involved), I dont want to skip the Lewd Scene if the options are either to get it or to get it not.
This does not include removing LIs from those choices, this is totally fine. Same for Kinks. I am only talking about those choices which are obvious and where nobody would ever pick the "No"-Option.
This does also not include bad choices which might lead to bad ends, as long as those are obvious. It is fine if the player is getting punished if they are dumb. Good example for this is a scene in Once in a Lifetime where you can decide if you want to hand over one of the LIs to the Yakuza. Pick "Yes" and you get a bad scene and a bad end. Pick "No" and you are fine. It is obvious as well, but if someone really wants to see the bad end, they should do so. It is also funny if people complain about it, because... What did you expect, Bozo?
Virgins in Incest games:
Very unpopular and I know that people will disagree. But I think that Virgins in Incest-games are just overused and obnoxious. This can be me playing a lot of those games or that Virgins dont really do anything for me. In RL it is not really exciting to bang a Virgin (inexperienced, but not virgin can be fun tho), because it is messy, you cannot really do much, it will hurt and blablabla. And they do even less for me in games, because it will be an optional blood scene, and then she likes it and so on. Not saying that I need to know that I am guy Number 10 she is just banging, but it should just be left for the headcannon. Or give her a past with a shitty boyfriend which makes you even better when fucking her or whatever.
But especially in Incest games they are just annoying. Because Incest games already have to take things slower, because it is a taboo. So you start with a groping or Sleep Sex, then a Handjob, Thighjob, Titjob, Blowjob, whatever and then you have spent several hours in the game before it comes to penetration. Adding Virgin to incest just prolongs this even more, because on top of the internal conflict of doing taboo things, there is also this "I dont know if he should be the first"-thingy going on.
It just makes things take way too long. Incest on its own is fine, virgins on its own are also fine (even if they dont do anything for me), but combined I always have the feeling that it is just too tedious.
Last but certainly not least:
Anything involving feet. Disgusting.

Funny how there's (so far) 6 persons annoyed by NTR, but only one annoyed by sex scenes without the MC... I guess that it's not NTR if it's a lesbian scene that make you hard.

I was thinking about those games that have those scenes with completely unrelated characters. Like, not the MC, but also none of the love interests either.
