I made a better incest patch that doesn't break the game ( the former modifies all scripts ) and can be reused if the dev add modification or scene.
You can also modify the MC name, actually I've put BigDick instead of Dylan.
Copy it to [where the game is]\game
Enjoy
Edit: I have made a v2 version which is much more a true incest patch and still without modifying any script from the game
