It's been over 8 years, but I've finally played almost every game containing mother/son incest sex so I decided to make a tier list of these games. True incest only, including games with patches/mods to change it to true incest. Many of these games have only been played once, and many haven't been played in years so my memory might not be perfect. Let me know if there are any games you think should be higher or lower. I also may have skipped over some games when making this list, so if you think I forgot one let me know. Also, this list only contains games with at least vaginal/anal sex so I'm sure there are many games out there that will make this list once they finally have sex. This list was made using the thread as a reference.

Every game not on this list. If it didn't make the list it is either because the mother and son haven't had sex yet, it has too much of an emphasis on other fetishes that cannot be avoided and make the incest unenjoyable if you do not like whatever that other fetish is (such as rape, interracial, cuckolding, extreme body proportions, etc.,), or they are simply just a bad game not worth a fap. I suffered through these games so you don't have to, so if you don't see it on this list and want to play it be warned you're probably wasting your time.

Thanks for the effort but cannot agree with many placements.

From the M/S incest point of view:

• Sexbot is Tier C at best
• Shut Up and Dance should be S tier
• Big Brother, come on dude, classic M/S incest with efforts to conquer, at least A or even S tier (we are not talking about overall game quality here)
• Culture Shock, Love and Submission, and No More Secrets at C tier? The Tyran? Treasure of Nadia?
• So many titles in your D tier actually have pretty good M/S curves that worth A, B, or C tiers. Too many to list here.

but.... in my opinion when it comes to the quality of M/S.
Five of a Kind and Milfy Day is an A that minimum
The Twist is a not good game but the M/S is S quality also kinda the same with Straitened Times but in A
Town of Passion, Zombie's Retreat, Zombie's Retreat 2: Gridlocked B minimum they all do M/S very well better then House Chores.
Depth's Revival got a bad rep for the ending but it was fine. The M/S is one of the best games top 10 easy.
Sweet Affection is wordy, I'm not a fan of the sister and haven't touch most of the other characters but the M/S is good if you like slow burn.
Unlimited Pleasure should be a skip because the fuck is that game and dev even doing? -100/100

I agree with the previous two posts that it's a good and interesting list but...

Your opinions (which of course you have every right to and I don't deny or criticize them of course) regarding the quality of many of the games you listed on this list divided into tiers completely do not match my personal opinions and preferences.

For example game Sexbot which you consider very good and which you placed in the highest tier is very weak in my opinion and I wouldn't even put it on this list in the lowest tier to be honest.
On the other hand, games such as No More Secrets, Secret Summer, Savior, Sisterly Lust, Straitened Times, Depth's Revival, Milky Touch and probably a few others in my personal opinion deserve much higher places on this list.

But generally speaking, leaving aside your opinions and preferences regarding the quality of many games on this list the list itself seems interesting to me if it is to have only and exclusively games in which we have male protagonist and M/S content, because regardless of what tier you place a given game in such a list allows me and probably many other people to more easily catch games with incest and content between M/S.

How fappable a game is is the biggest thing. How many sex scenes there are and how good are they. How much do I find myself skipping through text because it's too wordy and boring or just not interesting which then makes the sex scenes not pay off as well because you couldn't get interested in the story. How grindy a game is and if the effort to get to the sex scenes is even worth it.

A lot of games that have "good" incest games have fewer scenes and the ones they have don't look as good. Or theyr'e slow burns that are way too wordy and get boring and would be much better off if they cut out 50% of the text. Or they're just a grind/chore to get through and when you finally get to the sex scenes they make up for the time it too to get there.

They're porn games so I tried to rate them based on how good they are at being porn.

It's interesting how everyone's tastes are so different, even within this genre. I've been on the hunt for another great MS game to play and don't want to waste my time and was hoping to find a good suggestion to play based on my tastes. Any help is appreciated.

The king IMO is Summertime Saga. It has the perfect mother character. She is thicc with large breasts that have some sag to them. She is my favorite mom character of any of the games I've ever played with a fantastic slow burn. The most turned on I've been in a game is when you catch Debbie maturating in her bed. This game is an S tier for me.

I played A Town Uncovered. It doesn't have the best art, but the story was charming at first. The second most turned on I've been in a game is when you fix the mother's computer virus problem to see she's been watching mother son porn. For me the game nosedives after that. The 20 questions with the sister was charming but I'm a MS guy. This is a C game to me.

I played MILFY City and I liked it but it's because of the sister Caroline and not the mother. I wasn't the biggest fan of the mother character. Caroline fit the responsible MILF type that I'm more attracted to. This game is a B tier for me.

I played Measuring My Cum which I thought was very good, but it's abandoned which sucks. It had such great potential. This game is an A tier for me, but could have been S.

I've played Knigh of Love which isn't considered worthy on this list, but the Mommy Kink is great in it. The 2D art of Karen is damn good. I like the dynamic between Karen and the MC, but I don't love it. I can't quite put my finger on why. Is the dynamic more childish? This game is A tier for me.

I think House Chores is a charming game. The artwork is a mixture of good and pretty rough. I like the art of the mother character and the mommy language is pretty good. This game is definitely not a slow burn and things, IMO, happen too quickly. This game is A- tier for me.

I played Away From Home as well and thought it was very good. The language and slow burn are nice. There is a shit ton of dialogue. I like stories but that one feels long to me. I'm also not the biggest fan of balloon breasts that seems to frequent the 3d render games. This game is B+ for me.

I also played Dreams of Desire which I also thought was great. The mother, for a 3d render game, is super hot. I remember choosing the mother ending when I played and it felt very bitter sweet. I didn't love that. This is an A tier game for me.

I've played a handful of others, but these are the ones that stick out to me. Can someone recommend a few based on my tastes? Appreciate any help. Thanks guys.
