I played the update and the scene between Michelle and Amelia was really sweet. 
What was a whispered wish has become an actual plan. We even have a date for their wedding, Christmas.
However if I were Michelle I don't know if I were excited that Amelia wants it so bad or angry at her that she wants to drop out of school because of it.
And I see we are going with a scientific solution to the penis problem even if Dr.Asa's explanation doesn't make entirely sense.
However I can totally see Dr. Asa's and Michelle's next meeting going like this:
