It was mentioned 1 or 2 pages back. 14 o'clock bathroom. On Tuesday or in my case it was Friday.
Are you using the correct english .qsp file? Also, if you have 2 .qsp files present in that directory it will throw an error.
I have to say this is quite some good game ! Pls keep up the good work.
As for me: I hope father is not taking the little sis too... and maybe later you can treat older sis to not f*** father any more. Furthermore i would appreciate some more action with mother and inna.
After all i'm hungry for the next update.

show us a printscreen of what's inside the assets/standalone_content folder.
Definitely something is not right there.

Please check the list from most important to lowest important (but still relevant):
-what release have you downloaded and describe what you did exactly and with which software you have unpacked it
-check if the QSP is a "real/unpacked" QSP --- open your QSP in text editor (Wordpad/Notepad) and if it is a real QSP you should see the header starting with Q S P G A M E 4.0.0 beta 1
-check if you have proper codecs installed to play the videos
-check the video card drivers (are you able to play other games with hardware acceleration/ driver should be tailored for your graphic card and not Microsoft-provided etc.)
-what version of Windows are you running ? 32bit or 64bit ?
-is the Windows version modified somehow (e.g. there are a lot of "tweaked/light" versions floating with parts of the System cut out like Windows Media Player or Internet Explorer)
I think checking/answering the questions will give us a better perspective what the problem might be.
Could I get some step by step instructions on how to play the game in english, if possible? I've downloaded all the stuff from the OP along with the qsp player and pasted/overwrote them into the MBF 0.9 installation, but clicking MBF still plays the game in Russian and using QSP to open the en_mod_sk qsp translates it into english but with no pictures/video/anything else.
Edit: Nevermind, figured it out. Just follow the instructions on page 2 of this thread. I think it should be placed in the OP though, the bit about where to put the QSP file (the standalone content folder) and deleting the qsp file that's already there.

On angelina's 3rd quest. It says talk to angelina at step 9 of 9. Where is she? looked everywhere but i cant seem to trigger that step

The option doesn't show up for me, even when I have every character above 30 relationship, do I also have to have a certain incest rating to flirt?

Incest knowledge is needed for certain quests, not flirting. It looks like you do need depravity as well as relationship to flirt. You can go voyeur or watch porn to raise depravity.
