I recently (a little over a week ago) restarted the game several times, redoing routes I previously had to try to be more inline with LIs who either are tied together in some way (like Melanie and Patricia) or who have little chance of running into one another during the course of the game. Obviously, some of my assumptions and guesses could be wildly wrong, so I might be doing more restarts in the future.

Anyway, because of the extent of potential LIs in the game, I decided to make a chart listing known relationships of different LIs to one another. These relationships are all based on vanilla content. This is taken from anything like the student files the MC can look at if he helps Samantha during lunch, to bits of conversation (like that Alison has a brother named Barry), to very obvious things (e.g., anyone referred to as "Mrs." is most likely married still, or the widow of a deceased spouse). It's possible I've made errors (and I'm sure someone will correct me where I have), but this is what I believe we know in the game currently.

Haha. I figured you'd have something to say about it. I didn't realize there were profiles on your site. I'll have to update my chart once I've gone through all of them there as well. What I had thrown together was only from the game that I noticed so far, so obviously there will be missing information and likely some mistakes as well. About Kirsten specifically, is there actually more than just small bits of dialogue and her flaunting herself in the fashion class that I missed? And I only have seen limited amounts of dialogue from Amanda (in her classes, pretty much) to communicate more information so far. But then again, there are always tiny things like visiting the Coopers instead of immediately going to the mall, then siding with Ralph several times to see the video of Katia, which then changes a little the MC's later dialogue with her in the park (and happens to give an additional affinity point the MC otherwise wouldn't have). There are tons of differences depending on choices, so I'm positive there is likely content I've not seen yet.

Partly. Haylee and Talia both have facial features that are somewhat similar, too. Strong jawlines and cheekbones, somewhat similar lip shape, slightly dimpled chins, etc. I'm definitely not saying they're totally the same, but they do look like they could be related IMO. So the similarity and Talia stepping in made the connection seem there. Obviously that's apparently incorrect.

Dev I can understand playing on normal or hard it should be difficult to get the “badboy” path but even on easy I can’t get it and I have hints on too but they don’t help. How many points do you need to have?

You need high affinity and bad boy. You can use the app on the phone to check the stats.
If you're already bad boy, then go for the affinity points.

I assume you're looking at the scene where Maria is drunk and the player is massaging her neck, moving down to her breasts.
The "Magic fingers" response gives you a bad boy point, whereas "Too hard?" gives an affinity point.
In easy mode with the walkthrough hints on, you'll see what points (affinity/persona) each option gives. Select accordingly.

Genuine and confusing question so far for me, the game says it has NTR but which characters actually have NTR? I've only noticed Caprice so far and since you've played it several times you should be able to tell

That's the only real NTR so far, I think. There is a scene where Keira gets groped and then choked by Noe at the mall, inside the receiving area where a few of the stores hold their stock. If the MC works at the electronics store specifically, you'll see this scene. I suppose what someone's definition of netorare includes would determine whether that counts. I personally don't think so, since the LI involved doesn't accept what happens, so she's not stolen away or anything. It's very different from Caprice if the MC's affinity is low.

Also NTR can also be for netori (which means we fool around or have sex with someone’s girlfriend, wife or mother) or netorase (which is mostly for sharing or swinging)
