The patch for the latest version isn't completed yet. The patches change the vanilla mom for one of the other milf's, depending which patch you choose. Due to the ending of the latest version, there's quite a bit of work for me to do on creating suitable replacement scenes.

Thank you, for clearing that up. I'll definitely be looking forward to the new Ipatch. Don't know if you are into it, but, will you also consider pregnancy? So, I wasn't crazy, it is all a tease. I keep thinking I get to a scene where it looks like our hero is about to hit it and then he walks away, leaving both of us with blue-balls. There are plenty of games where you see the girls getting banged, but you rarely see older MILF's getting banged and that's what I'd like to see. Only because it's different.

By default, none. There are two eyepatches you can get (yes, play on words; those are done by Mad.Eyes) that will add it. The incest would then be either the Wilsons (Victoria is your MC's mom, Catherine is your MC's sister), or the Thomases (Maria is your MC's mom, Karla and Caprice are your MC's sisters) — depending on which eyepatch you use (or choose, if you add both to your game). So it's up to you, TBH.
I don't know where you got your hopes for ntr in this game. The MC it's the only male actively interacting with every woman in the game. The other males, if they were any, are just fillers. Such as in every generic harem game around.

There was a tag before. Maybe they removed it because it doesn't exist in the game yet.
Any update on your patchs for both? It's to bad it's not the easy at start select who they are type fix. Guessing you have to go through the game script yourself.I just do the patch, not the game.
Do you have to wait for a Ipatch later on? I know this has likely been asked before. But the search function here is kinda buns.
