Another "black" female character that doesn't look the least bit African other than skin color. Why does she have White facial features? Why does she have green eyes? It's nothing more than a White girl with a brown coat of paint. Why can't devs make Black women look somewhat realistic? Could it be because not many actually find African features attractive? Or they assume their base doesn't find African features attractive? Whatever the reason this happens far too often and it's time for a change. Dots did some touch-ups on his first character, he needs to do a complete overhaul on this girl if he at all cares about making a respectable representation of an African woman.

I have to ask is the character black because she was required in the story?
If there was a large fans base that wanted a black character then that is a viable a reason to add her. A lot of use lobbied for a cute Asian girl and we got Yuki. Well Yuki 2.0 with long hair.
But to just add one because the current social winds say you have to have one is a weak reason at best.
So far the team has created characters to move a story forward so I am optimistic that this character will enhance SL.
As to the girl having "white" features, some black females do.

She looks fine, she isn't customized much but a lot of African-American women look different than African (literally from Africa) women. When I first saw her, I thought she looked like a regular (relatively speaking, she'd be a model) African-American women. Most AA women (and AA's in general) are slightly mixed race, so they have different features.
