Well i just played through it there was a few places where i noticed ntr was supposed to start if i had it activated and in all those places it was clearly avoidable i repeat not skipping there was different text when it was deactivated.

earlier comments say that it just skips the scene's and your saying it is 100% avoidable? Did the dev change it from skip to avoid later?

Looks like there is a 2epxfootkissy000.avi in the games video folder what is not used at all. It's size is around 1 GB, and there is also a 2epxfootkissy000.webm, so developer must have forgotten to delete it the .avi.

Even with NTR/NTS enabled, you can choose to avoid scenes you don't need. Not skipping, but avoiding them. Some LIs are sluts, but everything is avoidable.
Moreover, some dialogue options are marked sharing/NTR.
