He's just asking if you use the wincest patch or not. Some of the mods may not be compatible or updated. I don't use them so can't say for certain.

Ohh I thought he meant patched as in there is a save patch I need to apply for compatibility. Well, I use both wincest and WT. So I should delete my game and redo it?

I'd try it without the wt mod first.

Edit: I checked real quick and it looks like the wt mod is updated but it includes the patch so if you're doubling up on that it could be your issue.
