I meant extended scene....slow moving game to reach upto sex...showing all boobs and tease without sex for several updates....few are slow corruption/ slow burn or whatever you want to call ...i meant to ask if this game is like that?

Extract the file and put it into the "game" folder in the game folder. I can't tell if that's what you've already done but it should work fine.
