Hi MSlewd. I have been trying to learn Blender too in these last months.

I believe i use the same model of Yennefer you use, the Booperfooper model.
I gotta ask, how did her ass look so good? Did you sculpt this or did you a particular setting in the Daz menu?

yes we used the same model i believe!

i personally sculpted her bum and then applied my physics cage to her. the blend file for this exact scene is on my patreon actually!

oh no...You've attracted something more greedy than a tifa fan. A yen fan (signed a fan of a character in neither of their franchise but still likes MsLewd's animations). I honestly, now that I'm thinking on it. Have never seen a character I like in MsLewd's animations (Aside from D.Va and Widow). Most of the characters are from IPs I know of, but don't really care about.

I honestly, now that I'm thinking on it. Have never seen a character I like in MsLewd's animations (Aside from D.Va and Widow). ig it doesnt really matter who the characters are ill still try and find a way to make them fine shyts

obviously enough the difference would be time. and not really duration but what you do/ur effort made within that duration. like i could spend years "trying" to learn a language doing stuff like reading/watch TV shows and not actually putting myself in situations where i HAVE to adapt, getting more skilled in a shorter time frame requires discipline, consistency, and a clear goal/framework. For me personally i didnt say "this is where i wanna be in this amount of time" i just made shit and kept it moving lmao, i only recently said hey i want to make certain things and be more consistent. If i could restart my 3D journey i wouldnt change a thing because its almost like everything that happening is going exactly how i expected it to considering the amount of effort ive put in - basically i wouldnt change something of the past that makes sense of the present. For me personally narrowing it down cant be done because for my scenes i get really hands on, i dont just "animate" i build worlds and characters and have them interact in these settings even if for a 8 second loop, which requires more than just "animation" lmao.

never played league and i never will lmaoo - the main thing when i comes to being really skilled at something is to lock in on that one thing specifically ive only recently started doing this stuff "full-time" its really just been a on and off hobby, if you treat this like a job then the "talent" and skill will follow, u have to be consistent and dedicated to become a better version of yourself from yesterday - or become a version of yourself you set out to be. Im already at that version of myself rn my next step would to be upgrading my pc and then ill open up a whole other world of peak.

i hope this stuff makes sense lmao, i can give emotional answers all say but if u deadass want like a analytical clear cut blueprint i think i could explain that too lol
I'VE BEEN EXPOOOSED ; - ; I won't lie consistency is my biggest issue. I knew this, i was too afraid to hear it Lmaoo. Tbh your answer was great. It's really just that simple. Whenever i feel like i've stagnated, i should ask myself, "what's something new i can learn or improve on?". As they say, no pain, no gain :cool: . I've been animating balls bouncing (not those balls) for so long because i'm too much in my comfort zone and afraid to animate complicated models. Ineed to start doing what i want even if it looks like dog poop ;-; Thank you for this. Ur answer revealed to me, there's no cheat code, just hard work and persistence ; - ;

I don't want to keep bothering u, but i gotta ask what resources pushed you to the next level? It's funny, it's not that there isn't enough tutorials and courses, there's too damn much! lol. Just like in school, i need a curriculum, some structure in my life. Youterbs has soooo much but i get dizzy at how much videos creators put up about blender. I'm assuming SFW related tutorials also apply to what you create in NSFW yea? My brain thinks that 3D nsfw is a whole other world. What if....i look up how to make glue in blender, AND THEN, use shaders to make it transparent, and turn it into n u t :cool:

ive been doing blender 4 like 5+ years, u can find some of my first posts on my newgrounds or on rule34 last page (newgrounds is faster). evolving just comes from repetition and wanting to make something better than what you've already made before and so on - also looking at what other artists do in their work and if you want to translate that over to your own work u can do that as well. be as open as u are to receive information and then push that out to ur audience.

Yup thats the hard truth lol, but when it comes to "resources" that pushed me to the next level, i cant really think of anything resource wise that pushed me to the next level. when it comes to elevating all i did was look at irl porn that i really liked and said to myself i wish 3D porn had ass jiggles like this so then i looked for ways to accomplish that in 3D - and now my phys are so good i wish irl porn has jiggles like i can make :ROFLMAO:. The same "have a thing you want to accomplish in the 3D field" applies with many other things like cum simulations, blowjob scenes with bubbles and spit (which is my next goal), and more - really just set out to replicate/enhance something in 3D and look for ways to do it.

as far as LITERAL resources that actually brought me to the next level i would say a addon called "animation layers" its really really good i recommend looking it up and even buying it 100% worth the purchase. on my patreon i talk about other addons i use and stuff in my archives.

Oh wow tysm for your kind words, and its funny that you mention Azula id love to show you this!

Ive been working on a alternative version of Azula where after the latest canon releases of her Zuko appointed her to become one of the heads of the fire nation education system. So i made a teacher/auntie version of Azula im calling this variant of her "Queen Azula" it doesnt really correlate but you get the idea.

Thanks for reply! Just one more question do you create all your custom models from scratch? or do you just use a base and just modify that through sculpting and painting? i've been looking to get into porting/creating models but i don't know to start.

np, a little bit of both if i see a model i like and i want to "loodify" it i do just that using its base, OR i just use my own base - either way i texture, shade, shape, and even rig (some parts) all of the models i use whether its my base or not. My Azula model uses "my" base which is a g8 base but my Raven model uses GeneralButches base, if i were to port/rip a model and do something with it from there id use "my" g8 base and headhack. Id say do whatever works best for you to get started until you decide to do things from scratch which is pretty much what i do now.


side note: i make 90% of my outfits from scratch, others are just borrowed from other artists who also borrowed them lol.

Weird question/statement. I'm assuming you rig your clothing to some extent, have you ever thought of some "immersion break" animations (self-dubbed name since i haven't heard an actual name). Animations that mainly focus on details of an act. Primarily close-ups, little to no x-rays.

I.e close up of a character giving a blowjob. Sometimes pov. Enough defining details to estimate a guess of who the character is. Below the eyebrows (ish). In this example. You see glistening of the lips, saliva dripping from the base of the shaft. Neck contracting and expanding depending on the action; licking, sucking, and/or choking.
Doggy would probably side or pov-like view but more focus on the sounds or clothing movements.

Or have you thought of implicated sex animations. Biggest and best example is Derpixion's Implications video, but it happens to way too short.

Just asking since your style seems like it could do a lot better in portraying then other animators' style.

I.e close up of a character giving a blowjob. Sometimes pov. Enough defining details to estimate a guess of who the character is. Below the eyebrows (ish). In this example. You see glistening of the lips, saliva dripping from the base of the shaft. Neck contracting and expanding depending on the action; licking, sucking, and/or choking.

so first of, all of what you said is really really confusing i will try my best to address it all.

For the most part i do not rig my clothing i just throw it on the models and have them follow the rig of the main mesh. its really hard for me to understand what you mean "immersion break" or pretty much anything you are saying in this line of text, but to re-say it in an attempt to understand what you mean - Animations that focus close ups on skin details, really high quality textures, and just an overly intimate perspective of sex has never crossed my mind as something i would want to do i feel as if irl content is better off with stuff like that. I don't have it in me to make overly realistic models/animations out of my own will because i personally would rather not make realistic stuff.

Close ups of all of those details seem overly detailed imo for what i would like to convey in my works - its cool but im just good off doing any of that, i plan on adding spit/spit bubbles to my works for bjs and for sexual penetration even coochie cream, i think thats as far as id go with details and i have more planned but you'd just have to see idk if i could explain it w/o being overly talkative. I wouldnt focus on sounds like clothing movements, just backshot slaps and moans. maybe bed creaks.

Sure its been a thought but id prolly never act on it, everything you see me make currently is pretty much what i plan on doing.
